Sales Tax Policy

All orders shipping or billing to California and Illinoisare subject to Sales Tax unless valid resale forms are provided. Legal Disclaimers

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

Title to goods remains with the seller until payment is made by the purchaser, at which point title passes to the purchaser.

If goods are purchased for export, the purchaser must obtain required export documentation from the Federal Government before shipping outside the U.S.

Manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or be void. If you have questions, please inquire.

Any and all liability is limited to the products purchased.

Return Policy

These policies override any previous Widget's, Inc. literature and apply to purchases made after January 1, 1997.

• Keep all packing material and documentation in case equipment needs to be serviced or returned.
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, based on the current market price.
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required:
  • Contact us before returning any product.
  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
  • Have the following information ready: Customer name, Invoice number, and Nature of the problem.
• Defective products can be exchanged or repaired at Widget's, Inc. discretion within 30 days from the invoice date.
• No advanced replacements.
• Exceptions to the return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
• Returns beyond 30 days may be authorized at Widget's, Inc.'s discretion, with credit applied toward future purchases only.
• Freight charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delinquent Payments

• Accounts that become 30 days delinquent will be changed to C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) terms until the account is paid.
• Past due balances will accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month (18% APR) or the maximum rate allowed by law.
• If legal action is required, the customer will be responsible for all legal fees, including attorney fees.
• A $10 service charge applies to all returned checks.
